Any rate quote provided by Omerta Logistics Solutions is an estimate until confirmed based on actual shipment details, carrier availability, equipment needs, accessorial services, timing, and other information that may affect the final rate.

Broker role

Omerta Logistics Solutions acts as a freight broker connecting shippers with qualified motor carriers and logistics providers. We arrange transportation services but do not operate the carrier equipment ourselves.

Carrier performance and liability

We work to connect freight with qualified carriers, but third-party carriers are responsible for their own equipment, drivers, operations, and performance. Omerta Logistics Solutions is not responsible for delays, service failures, cargo issues, or other events caused by carriers, weather, government action, shipper or receiver delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
